For international students eyeing the United States of America, please note that students accepted into a full-time graduate or undergraduate program at an accredited US university/college need an F-1 Student Visa.
The J1 Visa is a great option for people who want to visit the United States. This visa allows you to gain experience by receiving on-the-job training, teaching, or conducting research.
Visa to Study in UK
To gain entry to the United Kingdom as an international student, you will need to register and apply for a Tier 4 General Student visa at the GOV.UK website
Student Visa for Canada
To gain entry to study in Canada, the Canadian government will require you to obtain a Study Permit. You can obtain your Study Permit quicker by applying online through the Student Direct Stream. Read how to avoid Canada Study Visa rejections.
Student Visa for Australia
To study in Australia, you will need to obtain a Subclass 500 student visa.
The Australian Government attaches exceeding importance to the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement to issue a Subclass 500 visa.
Student Visa for New Zealand
Most Indian students arrive in New Zealand on a Fee-paying Student Visa.
Visa for Studying in Germany
A student for a German University would need to apply for a National Visa as a student.
Student Visa for Ireland
Ireland grants two types of visas to international students:
- C Study Visa: For study needing less than three months of stay
- D Study Visa: For study requiring more than three months of stay
Study Visa for Singapore
Besides the visa, the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Singapore requires one to obtain a Student Pass to enter/study in Singapore.
You need not file your application for your Student Pass. Your destination university/institution will file your application on your behalf to the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA).
