Skill Development Training for Scheduled Caste (SC) Candidates in West Bengal
It gives us immense pride to let you know that we are currently affiliated to the Life Sciences Skill Sector Development Council (LSSSDC), an ambit body of NSDC (National Skill Development Council) and also certified with ISO and MSME which is deeply connected to most of the industries and academia. Presently, we have been provided the project of National Schedule Caste Finance & Development Corporation (NSFDC) & LSSSDC which involves the training of Scheduled Caste Candidates for the Machine Operator Course in the Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharmaceutical companies.
We (SHRM Biotechnologies), as a training center, will perform the duty of skilling such candidates so that they are eligible for a decent paying job in the Pharmaceutical companies, and the objective of NSFDC is to encourage and uplift the backward class section of the society. In addition to this, we will provide job assistance to the candidates who will be enrolling for the said program stating from Mid Nov 2020.
Monthly Stipend
The National Scheduled Caste Finance & Development Corporation (NSFDC) has also arranged a stipend of Rs. 1,500 that will be paid to every candidate for the duration of the Machine Operator course, that is, up to three months. Being a completely free course, it is something to look out for, since the companies are always opting for people who possess knowledge and experience beyond their subject. The candidate needs to be minimum class XII Passed from any educational background with a valid Schedule Caste Certificate.

SC candidates belonging to any stream of education can enroll for the course. Machine Operation only requires you to understand how the machine functions; and nothing else. So, Scheduled Caste students can easily enroll for the Machine Operator course if they possess these following documents and certificates:
- Class 12 Pass Certificate
- Scheduled Caste Certificate
- Adhaar Card
- Bank details
